UPSC journey of Siddalingappa Pujaar from Karnataka is inspirational for those who curse the poor economic condition of the house and stop working hard. Siddalingappa’s priest is the son of a bus conductor. Now UPSC Civil Services Exam 2022 has passed.

Pujars of Siddalingappa are residents of Agnigeri in Dharwad district of Karnataka. Pujar has secured 589th rank in the Civil Services Examination 2022 of the Union Public Service Commission. The special thing is that this was Pujar’s fifth attempt.
Siddalingappa Pujara’s father Siddappa is a bus conductor in the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). Siddappa’s happiness knew no bounds when his son became the UPSC topper.

Pujar of Siddalingappa failed in UPSC four times. Despite failing so many times, he did not lose courage and did not stop working hard. Could not reach the interview even once in the first four attempts. Got success in the fifth attempt.

Siddalingappa has two younger brothers. One brother does farming while the other is a driver. The father told that son Siddalingappa has been brilliant since childhood. Cracked UPSC despite the lack of resources.
