The director of the institute said that the RS recruitment exam conducted by RPSC is round the corner, therefore new sessions are being started for the upcoming exam. A seminar regarding the new session was organized at Spring Board Academy for the students preparing for RPSC and UPSC. Ishwar Lal Gurjar, who got UPSC 644th rank, has been a student of Springboard Academy only. He has also got an interview call for RAS. Along with this, the result of sub-inspector has come, in that also he was selected. They did not give him an interview because before that the result of IAS had come.

The director told that an integrated batch of RAS and IAS is being started in the seminar that has been organized. This will be for 3 years, this batch is being started for the students who have just passed twelfth. RAS vacancy is going to come from RPSC, in view of this, different batches are being started.

This batch has been done for both Hindi and English medium students. Because the Hindi of the children of English medium is very weak. Being a combined class, they listen to Hindi every day, understand Hindi, so they become comfortable in Hindi. Hindi paper of 120 number comes in RAS exam, it helps in that. In Hindi medium students, there is a phobia about English. When those students listen to English daily inside the class, they get an environment in which the phobia of English reduces a bit and they feel comfortable in English.

In the seminar, the director of the institute Dilip Mahecha explained the nuances of the exam to the students. Ishwar Lal Gurjar, selected in UPSC in the seminar, Pooja Meena and Pooja Yadav, selected in RS 2018 batch, also motivated the students.
