Let’s talk about PRELIMS
Generally 90 days are considered ideal for this stage (given that you have a good foundation and your CSAT part is not shaky )
But let’s discuss about these 30 days PRIORITY (it’s cliche I guess but still 🙃 — Polity > Physical geography (I’ll post its notes I have made for prelims ) > Economy basics > SnT and Envt > modern history and some art and culture themes (like TEMPLE ARCHITECTURE Buddhist sites Vijayanagara empire forgotten heroes in news like Rana Sanga or Ahoms etc ) == MAPPING IR
Probably one full comprehensive revision or one long and one short revision Do PYQ , there is a good playlist of Sleepyclasses I guess If you are feeling lazy do MCQs and then figure out what is wrong and read that Trust your strategy you have built in mocks Read CSAT PYQs to get idea of keywords like Key message or what is inferred from this
Sources everybody has different and some are standard so won’t dwell much on that
Also do PT365 of some subjects (इससे सिर्फ FOMO चला जाएगा बाक़ी not much utility as CA of 3-4 years or tricky questions regarding new tech is asked
Mocks in last 30 days maybe 1-2 very good ones baaki theek h your choice
CSAT strategy
Non PCM people — Do low hanging fruit questions of reasoning and maths if you feel trapped leave that question8 (here gain some 10-15 questions )
Do comprehension almost 90%
Then go to doubtful or trick questions
Best attempt I can’t guess for you guys ( I had PcM so I always attempted 60+)
Baaki PLEASE BE CONSISTENT 8-9 hours but set a minimum benchmark of 4-5 hours Some lazy days but do PYQs in that or watch MAPPING videos
Baaki ho jayega trust the process
ALSO PRACTICE THE 3 statement questions which came in 2024 prelims Maybe there will be more this time.

₹₹ In paper one, the first question NORMATIVE political science, I did not include Leo Strauss and also the criticism was not up to mark
@@ In the 20 marker, the success of contemporary democracies lies in limiting them.I did not mention the libertarians and also the language used was not apt could have used the recent examples.
& In the CREDO OF RELEVANCE question, I could have used better language
🥂HUGE MISTAKE in paper 1B by choosing the 74 amendment question because the two 15 markers did not give me scope to elaborate on scholars, I should have gone for the caste question
Also, did not write criticism in the SATYAGRAHA and INDIAN NATIONALISM question and also did mistakes in writing the constitutional statutory provisions in the 1B questions
🇮🇴🇮🇳PAPER 2 MISTAKES
In paper 2A, I was not able to expand my reach, in questions like GLOBALISATION and the QUAD question in the offensive and defensive realism. I missed the convergence of both by giving the polarity of power thesis
In paper 2B, I was unable to explain the broader horizons of India RUSSIA relationship, the potential of Arctic and the central Asian convergence for India, Russia against China. Also in the question I totally fucked up by only focusing on the present.
In IR, specially paper two, you have to use flowery language, journalistic flow, and back it with a theory to prove your point.
Also you need scholars PM & EAM Statements to back your credibility like in the MYANMAR question IT COULD have been written that it is like a “”car 🚗 running on two wheels”” , one is the military and the other is the civilian government. So these are the shortcomings.
