Ishita Rathi, who finished eighth overall in the country in the UPSC Civil Services Examination-2021, was congratulated by the commissioner of the Delhi Police, Shri Rakesh Asthana. She was given permission by the commissioner to congratulate the Police Headquarters in the capital.

Ishita Rathi, 26, who took the civil services exam in 2021 and finished eighth, claims she studied for the test using online resources. She is the daughter of an assistant sub-inspector and head constable in the Delhi Police. Referring to the NCERTs will help candidates understand the fundamentals of several disciplines because they are very well written, such as geography and politics. I generally used the materials that the majority of toppers recommend, and it was beneficial to me. However, keeping notes and continuously editing them was the key to everything.
